Australia Post 'Pack & Track International' is used for all international deliveries.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an initial confirmation email. A second confirmation email will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number. You can track your item through its delivery process at any time of its journey with this number.
We process and ship orders Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All international parcels will need to be signed for sign for upon arrival. Please use an address that you will be at when your parcel arrives. Please include the name of the business on the address form if you are having it sent to your workplace.
If you are not available to sign for the parcel / not home, the parcel will be forwarded to your closest post office awaiting collection.
Ensure you enter your correct address detains in the shipping details form. Koalafication is not responsible for any parcels sent to the wrong address due to incorrect address entry on the address form.
Duties, Customs and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Please note that there may be delays in certain country’s customs process. We are not responsible for these delays. All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Koalafication for any reason.
